of justice to excuse your failure to submit your application

in @ timely manner.

Although you claim that you discovered the alleged errors and
injustices in your record on 10 November 2012, the Board found
that you were aware of the circumstances of your non-selection
for promotion, failure of the body composition assessment and
physical fitness test, gaps in your fitness report record, and
separation without entitlement to separation pay or disability
benefits, on 6 December 2006, when you were voluntarily

discharged at the expiration of your active service commitment.

You may request reconsideration of this decision. Your request
must include newly discovered relevant evidence which was not
reasonably available to you when you submitted your
application. The evidence may pertain to the timeliness of
your application or to its merits.
Absent such additional evidence, further review of your
application is not possible.

It is regretted that a more favorable reply cannot be made.

Sincerely,
